Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (Master’s or certification is a plus)
• 7+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role focused on people and culture
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance and employment laws
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with HR software and systems

Responsibilities

• Cultivating a positive work environment through engagement initiatives, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and monitoring employee satisfaction and wellness
• Overseeing HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and performance reviews; ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies; and managing HR systems to protect employee data
• Serving as a point of contact for employee relations issues, handling conflict resolution, and promoting open communication between employees and leadership
