Summary

Join Darktrace's Global Partner Marketing team as a Senior Manager, AMS Partner Marketing! This leadership role focuses on developing and executing the AMS partner marketing strategy, supporting the GTM team, and directly managing top US National Partners. You will be responsible for strategic planning, partner engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree, 8+ years of partner marketing experience (including 2+ years with US National partners), strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills. This US-based, remote position requires 30% travel. The role offers the opportunity to create innovative marketing strategies and build strong relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in partner marketing with a minimum of 2 years experience with US National partners
• Strong business acumen with experience in building marketing strategy to achieve business goals
• A proven track record of successful program execution
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

Responsibilities

• Develop an AMS partner marketing plan that supports the priorities of the global partner organization that delivers quarterly results across awareness, activation and demand generation
• Put your creativity to the test with new ways to engage with partners and deliver high partner engagement
• Work across all functions internally and externally to collaborate and contribute to accelerated growth
• Develop and implement KPIs to track and report monthly on impact and pipeline generation, MDF utilization and identify action plans for areas of improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus
