Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in business systems, IT, or enterprise applications management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience managing enterprise applications such as Salesforce, NetSuite, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of data architecture, system integrations (APIs, middleware), and process automation
- Experience working in a startup environment and experience building from scratch
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing technology initiatives with multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC2, GDPR, CCPA) and security best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive data-driven decision-making
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelorβs degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for business systems, ensuring alignment with company objectives
- Own and optimize enterprise systems, including CRM (e.g., Hubspot), ERP, marketing automation (e.g. HubSpot), and customer support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, HelpScout)
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new business applications and integrations
- Partner with key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and IT to define requirements and enhance system capabilities
- Oversee data governance, ensuring high-quality, secure, and compliant data management practices
- Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort across business processes
- Build a small and scrappy team of system administrators, analysts, and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence
- Develop KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure the performance and impact of business systems
- Ensure strong vendor management, negotiating contracts and managing relationships with technology partners
- Stay up to date on emerging trends in enterprise technology and make recommendations for continuous improvement
