Requirements

  • Skilled in executing evidence-based practice and identifying knowledge gaps
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent presentation, speaking, and writing skills

  • Process-oriented mindset to achieve objectives
  • Enthusiastic about embracing challenges and opportunities for creating provider engagement and high-quality clinical products within a startup environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of product improvement and new products from discovery of workflows, clinical documentation to process improvement and scale as identified
  • Lead clinical discovery for client organizations to optimize utilization and revenue potential based on appropriate clinical products and workflows
  • Provide clinical insight into the clinical escalation process including peer review, initiation of second opinions, re-routing to a more appropriate speciality
  • Provide quality analysis of clinical operations using Excel, PowerPoint presentations to best describe trends in quality and anticipated challenges
  • Maintain up-to-date and enhance clinical content library that incorporates the needs from Account Management, Sales and Marketing team and clinical quality
  • Maintain clinical quality review database with appropriate tagging nomenclature
  • Creatively and thoughtfully package clinical content into digestible products for providers in various clinic settings to improve PCP engagement using a data driven approach
  • Interface with specialist panel to optimize platform operations and specialist experience on the platform
  • Utilize clinical judgment to optimize PCP utilization of platform as needed for new products
