Senior Manager, Content Design

Summary

The job is for a Senior Content Design Manager at Thumbtack, a fast-growing home management app company. The role involves leading a team of Content Designers, creating content strategies, and collaborating with other teams to drive product positioning and communication strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience successfully managing a Content Design team within a tech company, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment
• 7+ year experience in content design or related fields
• Experience and knowledge of working in UX environment
• Experience working with AI and solid knowledge of Content Design’s role in AI

Responsibilities

• Manage and build a diverse, passionate team of Content Designers
• Coach and mentor the team and foster a healthy culture
• Provide strategic clarity and focus while identifying and unblocking barriers to success
• Collaborate with other design, writing, product, and engineering leaders on the strategic vision for Thumbtack
• Create and execute Content Design strategies that stay ahead of the growing business and elevate the user experience
