Summary

The Sr Manager, Customer Advocacy & Community at Vanta will lead customer community strategy, engage security professionals, drive key initiatives, recruit leaders, and more. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the strategy for expanding and optimizing the Customer and Product Advisory Board programs
  • Lead efforts to recruit security and compliance leaders to engage in strategic discussions
  • Strategize and drive community engagement across channels, fostering an inclusive and vibrant community of security advocates both online and offline
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics to measure the success and ROI of community initiatives
  • Partner with GTM teams to nurture, celebrate, and support Vanta’s customers, particularly security professionals
