Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior management role within analytics, with a track record of successfully leading teams with great empathy and delivering complex analytics solutions
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive change
• Ability to develop and execute data strategies aligned with business goals, leveraging data as a competitive advantage
• Exceptional communication and presentation capabilities
• A keen eye for analytical detail and adept problem-solving
• A talent for data visualization and articulate reporting
• Outstanding leadership qualities complemented by excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Analytics team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Manage a team of analytics engineers and analysts, guiding their professional development and ensuring their work aligns with company goals
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of analytics platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Operations, to integrate analytics solutions into business processes and decision-making
• Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy that supports business objectives and drives competitive advantage
• Continuously optimize analytics systems and processes to improve data quality, reliability, and performance
• Apply AI to Analytics and stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in analytics and data science, recommending and implementing innovative solutions
