Summary

HackerOne is seeking a Senior Manager of Data Science to lead strategic efforts in building and optimizing data products, collaborate across the company, uncover new ways to drive growth, define metrics, and provide technical leadership. The role requires 8+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or similar quantitative role with proven track record of collaboration, data product optimization, and impact across organizations.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar quantitative role with proven track record of collaborating as a trusted strategic partner, uncovering new ways to drive growth
• 8+ years of experience building and optimizing data products and solutions
• Experience managing individual contributors
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation
• Strong proficiency in creating compelling data stories using data visualization tools such as Looker, Amplitude, Tableau, Sigma, Domo, or PowerBI

Responsibilities

Deliver impact by leading our strategic efforts to build and optimize data products and solutions, collaborate across HackerOne as trusted strategic partners, uncover new ways to drive growth, as well as define, implement, and operationalize new metrics from scratch, forecasting, and setting targets to drive accountability

Preferred Qualifications

Strong proficiency in at least one data programming language such as Python or R
