Responsibilities
- Assist the Finance Chief of Staff in managing the organizationβs operational rhythm, allowing for transparency, consistency, and proactive planning and execution
- Assist in designing and driving the Finance teamβs strategic plans, portfolio and budget planning, and business and people strategy reviews
- Assist in managing cross functional projects and transformational activities for the organization
- Manage the strategic project portfolio ensuring projects have clear milestones, KPIs, value and impact metrics
- Manage the transformation roadmap and lead its execution, including prioritization, requirement gathering, and project timeline
- Assist with driving transformation initiatives to streamline and optimize business processes, leveraging best practices
- Collaborate with finance senior management and a cross functional network of stakeholders to evaluate current processes and identify opportunities for process improvement, simplification, automation, and optimization
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in Finance. Continuously evaluate new tools and technologies for cost/benefit potential
