The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 7+ years of experience in corporate finance/FP&A roles, and expertise in SaaS or B2B subscription models. Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of experience in corporate finance/FP&A roles
- Expertise in SaaS or B2B subscription models
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, corporate finance concepts, and fluency in translating between GAAP and non-GAAP financial metrics
- Strong financial modeling skills with Excel/Google Sheets; ability to build models from scratch
- Exceptional communication skills; ability to distill complex data into actionable insights via memos and presentations
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Responsibilities
- Shape and refine the company's long-term financial strategy in partnership with executive leadership
- Own the annual budget process, develop detailed forecasts, and monitor performance against goals, providing actionable recommendations
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, assess profitability, and uncover opportunities for operational improvement
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to align financial strategies with business objectives and understand evolving needs
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior leadership, translating complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales, marketing, and customer experience, creating dashboards to visualize performance (e.g., CAC, CAC payback, Magic Number)
- Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to drive strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities

- Experience partnering with Go-to-Market teams and managing top-line business planning
- Located in a West Coast or Mountain Time timezone
