The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 7+ years of experience in corporate finance/FP&A roles, and expertise in SaaS or B2B subscription models. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years of experience in corporate finance/FP&A roles
  • Expertise in SaaS or B2B subscription models
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, corporate finance concepts, and fluency in translating between GAAP and non-GAAP financial metrics
  • Strong financial modeling skills with Excel/Google Sheets; ability to build models from scratch
  • Exceptional communication skills; ability to distill complex data into actionable insights via memos and presentations
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced, dynamic environments

Responsibilities

  • Shape and refine the company's long-term financial strategy in partnership with executive leadership
  • Own the annual budget process, develop detailed forecasts, and monitor performance against goals, providing actionable recommendations
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, assess profitability, and uncover opportunities for operational improvement
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to align financial strategies with business objectives and understand evolving needs
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior leadership, translating complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales, marketing, and customer experience, creating dashboards to visualize performance (e.g., CAC, CAC payback, Magic Number)
  • Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to drive strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities

  • Experience partnering with Go-to-Market teams and managing top-line business planning
  • Located in a West Coast or Mountain Time timezone
