Summary

The Global HRBP Lead for Corporate Functions at OKX will collaborate with business leaders to create people strategies and programs, build a high-performing HRBP team, coach leaders on people matters, and use data to identify opportunities for development. The ideal candidate should have solid HR experience, excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and fluency in English and Mandarin.

Requirements

• Solid experience in human resources, ideally in the capacity as a HRBP leader
• Excellent leadership skills with a strategic mindset and ability to roll up sleeves to get things done
• Strong listening and communication skills with an analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in collaborating and communicating effectively across a highly global and cross-cultural team

Responsibilities

• Provide global HR strategic partnership to functional business leaders
• Develop sound business acumen to provide deep business context back to the rest of the HR team
• Build a high-performing HRBP team by guiding and mentoring team members
• Coach leaders on people-related matters including talent attraction, development, performance management, succession, organizational effectiveness, company policies, and building a high-performance team

Preferred Qualifications

• People/Team Management experience preferred, coaching, training and mentoring staff
• Fluency in English and Mandarin would be preferred
