As a key member of our team, you will own and drive SAP and Oracle Cloud solutions supporting Procure to Pay business functions. You will design and implement ERP solutions, ensuring solution integrity through testing and quality assurance. Collaboration with senior business leaders and stakeholders is crucial, as is mentoring junior team members and identifying process improvement opportunities. Requirements
- Bachelors or Masterโs degree with > 10 years working experience in STP modules support
- Minimum 15 years practical experience in either in SAP functional solution design and delivery or any other major ERP solution
- Minimum 3 years in a senior lead role either directly or indirectly leading a team of SAP professionals or any other leading ERP professionals
- Undergraduate degree or diploma from a recognized university or technical school in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related equivalent
- Hands on functional experience working in the following SAP applications/modules: S/4HANA, Ariba, MM, IM
- Proven track record of successful SAP implementations as a Functional Lead/Lead Architect
- History of designing complex SAP solutions to enable unique business processes
- Experience in SAP development estimation and using best practices in SAP solution delivery
- Strategic and flexible thinker who can implement timely and workable solutions in a developing and dynamic environment
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including strong presentation skills with experience presenting and fielding questions from senior leaders
- Ability to interact with all levels of business stakeholders, from executive to field staff
- Willingness to learn, teach, and share information with teammates, peers, management, and users

Responsibilities
- Own and drive SAP and Oracle Cloud solutions to support enterprise applications in Procure to Pay business function
- Work either individually or alongside functional architects and analysts to design and implement SAP and/or Oracle Cloud ERP solutions that meet business requirements, follow industry best practice, and enrich the user experience
- Determine the optimal approach to develop and deliver required functionality from financial, architectural, operational perspectives
- Ensure integrity of all solutions in the Procure to Pay space through appropriate testing and quality assurance practices
- Work with senior business leaders to facilitate the business strategy with technology by developing a deep understanding of strategy, process, and business needs
- Host and drive interactive working sessions with business stakeholders to achieve solution alignment such as blue printing, business confirmation, or testing workshops
- Assist with the prioritization of demand items in the P2P space
- Develop and mentor junior team members
- Evaluate new technology and make relevant users requirement documents; as well as translate business needs into system dimensions and provide relevant solutions
