Requirements

  • 3-5 years of B2B demand generation experience, with a strong focus on campaign execution and pipeline impact
  • Hands-on expertise in HubSpot (or similar MAP/CRM tools)
  • Proven experience with ABM strategies, campaign orchestration, and marketing automation
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and optimize performance
  • Collaborative and proactive approach, with experience working closely with sales teams

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated demand generation programs across email, paid media, content syndication, webinars, and events
  • Develop and execute a strategic webinar program that includes planning, production, promotion, and post-webinar engagement to drive pipeline impact
  • Manage marketing automation and CRM workflows (HubSpot) to ensure efficient lead management, scoring, and handoff to sales
  • Craft highly personalized ABM programs, identifying key accounts and implementing comprehensive lead-nurture programs
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for pipeline impact, using data to refine strategies and improve ROI
  • Partner with sales to ensure alignment on marketing programs, enabling smooth lead handoff and follow-up

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in developer-focused or open-source-driven marketing environments
  • Familiarity with database technologies, real-time analytics, or event-driven architectures
