Requirements
- 5+ years of operational experience in Linux based infrastructure, networking, security, and cloud technologies
- 5+ years of operational experience managing mission-critical, geographically dispersed infrastructure environments
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to develop and implement strategic goals and initiatives
- Strong understanding of IT governance, compliance, and risk management
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and strategic thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Define the vision for technology adoption and oversee major innovation projects, securing funding and resources
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through technology, automation, and process improvements
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and cloud-based services
- Approve and oversee major internal projects and technology implementations
- Ensure smooth execution of technology rollouts with minimal business disruption, focusing on resource utilization
- Develop communication and documentation strategies, ensuring organizational standards
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align infrastructure initiatives with company needs and enhance employee productivity
- Develop and oversee the IT financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and expenditure approval
- Manage vendor relationships, collaborate with financial department on procurement of IT assets and services, ensuring cost-effective contracts and partnerships
- Implement robust tracking systems for software licenses and cloud-based solutions, ensuring efficient cost management
- Develop a deep understanding of the organization's systems landscape, ensuring seamless communication between various platforms to optimize operations
- Lead strategic integration initiatives, implementing a secure, scalable, and innovative solutions that supports long-term technology goals
- Improve performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness by optimizing expenses, automation, and process improvements
- Oversee the execution of technical strategies, working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with operational needs
- Partner with internal and external teams to prioritize, plan, and execute integration projects, including enhancements, standardization and production support
- Manage multiple concurrent initiatives while providing strategic input for long-term technology planning
