Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 yearsโ€™ experience in IT support or a similar role, with 5 yearsโ€™ experience in a leadership or supervisory position
  • Proficient in Windows and Mac operating systems, hardware troubleshooting, and software installation
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee a team of IT support technicians, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve IT issues and provide technical support to end-users
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems
  • Maintain and update our IT documentation including IT policies, procedures, and user manuals
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement IT solutions to enhance our productivity and efficiency
  • Manage the deployment of software updates, patches, and system upgrades
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in IT and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our IT infrastructure
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to IT services
  • Identify and implement training for the team, get them to attend courses, ensure IT teamโ€™s knowledge is updated based on changing tech landscape and conduct training for team and Company
  • Software and hardware Asset Management
  • Ensure the audit process and standards are adhered to, defended year on year and the ISMS certificate is renewed
  • Other duties as assigned by senior management

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant industry certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus
