Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in learning operations, training leadership, or a similar role, preferably within a SaaS technology company
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Instructional Design, Communication, Adult Learning, Marketing, or equivalent experience
  • Advanced project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with learning technologies, science, and analytics to drive innovative solutions

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the operational rhythm of the Learning Center of Excellence including ways of working, tech stack, and processes
  • Manage and develop a team to create best-in-class content and deliverables including, but not limited to, e-learning, instructor-led training, webinars, and event presentations
  • Oversee vendor relationships and budgets including third-party due diligence processes and executing vendor portfolio rationalization strategies
  • Support the Sr. Director, Learning and/or Chief Learning Officer on various executive-level and/or high profile presentations and communication plans
  • Track and report on the team’s key success metrics with ownership of the team’s Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) reporting
  • Leverage key data to report on the effectiveness of the content strategy, continuously improve the quality of deliverables, and manage team workload
  • Collaborate with the Learning Program Managers and internal teams to anticipate upcoming initiatives that require roadmap adjustments for the function
  • Balance the needs of the business with maintaining a high bar for content quality, adhering to Docebo Brand guidelines and presenting complex information in a clear, simple, and visually engaging manner
  • Communicate effectively with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and other stakeholders to support key business initiatives
  • Serve as an advocate for the Learning organization, enabling internal teams and external customers to engage with Docebo University offerings effectively
