Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of related experience are required
• Ability to utilize industry tools and programs (e.g., React Native, AWS Amplify, REST)
• In-depth industry knowledge and understanding of web/cloud services with the ability to fluently navigate React Native SDK, iOS SDK, and Android SDK
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and customers
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop others, provide effective feedback, and foster teamwork

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development, implementation, and testing of Android, iOS, and similar mobile device platforms
• Review application requirements and anticipate system needs to ensure availability and scalability
• Evaluate design and method recommendations to optimize efficiency
• Coordinate releases for new or updated software or systems and monitor performance
• Collaborate with teams (product, marketing, sales) and users to define application requirements or modifications
• Develop automated release tools to enable continuous build and release processes
• Analyze existing programs or create logic for new systems, including devising logic procedures, preparing flowcharts, performing coding, and testing/debugging programs
• Supervise a team of developers by providing guidance on engineering methods and technology and evaluating performance
