Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management within fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
• Hands-on experience with mobile app development and the publishing ecosystem
• Proven track record of launching successful mobile products
• Strong product vision with a user-centered design mindset tailored to mobile experiences
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a sense of ownership and accountability
• Experience building and leading cross-functional mobile teams
• Deep understanding of mobile development approaches (native, hybrid, PWA)
• Technical fluency to collaborate on architectural decisions
• Excellent decision-making skills under ambiguity and pressure
• Strong stakeholder and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of our native mobile apps with full product ownership
• Define the mobile value proposition to complement our AI-powered job search web platform
• Develop and own the mobile product strategy, including platform prioritization (iOS/Android)
• Build and lead a dedicated mobile team, balancing internal and external resources
• Design innovative, mobile-specific features leveraging smartphone capabilities and AI
• Work with backend teams to ensure smooth integration and data flow
• Establish key metrics for app performance, engagement, and revenue contribution
• Drive the product lifecycle from concept through launch and continuous improvement
• Balance stakeholder input with agile MVP-focused execution
• Stay ahead of mobile and AI technology trends to inform product direction

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with mobile-specific features (e.g., push notifications, offline capabilities, device APIs)
• Experience working with mobile analytics tools and performance measurement frameworks
• Background in consumer-facing, subscription-based products
• Experience with agile methodologies and iterative development cycles
