Senior Manager of Credit - Fraud and Verification in Worldwide

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in credit risk management roles, with at least 3 years of experience specializing in fraud and verification strategies within the consumer lending industry
• Experience in unsecured lending and installment loan industries
• Obsessed with customer experience and always finding ways to make it better
• Highly curious on finding insights and opportunities through vast amounts of data
• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative fields required; Master’s degree preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in SQL and Python is a MUST

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and refine verification and fraud strategies, utilizing data from multiple vendors
• Collaborate with the product team to find unique data sources that can be used to improve and optimize verification process flow for better customer experience
• Maintain adherence to overall risk and return targets for investors
• Design and execute A/B testing initiatives to continuously identify opportunities to improve customer experience, while effectively managing credit and fraud risk
