Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience in customer success or account management, with a proven track record in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of customer success metrics and methodologies
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data to drive decision-making and improve customer outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customer success strategies that align with the company’s goals and customer needs
  • Lead and mentor a team of customer success professionals to deliver exceptional service and support to clients
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention rates
  • Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are achieving success and satisfaction with the company's offerings
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services based on customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to enhance customer experiences
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product improvements and service enhancements
  • Represent the voice of the customer in internal discussions and strategy sessions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS or technology industry preferred
  • Familiarity with customer success platforms and analytics tools is a plus
