Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in customer success or account management, with a proven track record in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of customer success metrics and methodologies
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data to drive decision-making and improve customer outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customer success strategies that align with the companyβs goals and customer needs
- Lead and mentor a team of customer success professionals to deliver exceptional service and support to clients
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention rates
- Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are achieving success and satisfaction with the company's offerings
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services based on customer needs
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to enhance customer experiences
- Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product improvements and service enhancements
- Represent the voice of the customer in internal discussions and strategy sessions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS or technology industry preferred
- Familiarity with customer success platforms and analytics tools is a plus
