As Sr Manager of Data & Insights, you'll oversee data integrity, develop reporting frameworks, and deliver insights that drive business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 6–8+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data management roles
• 5+ years of proven leadership experience managing data and analytics teams
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and SQL
• Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
• Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex data insights to non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and data governance best practices
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and BI developers to achieve departmental and organizational goals
• Develop and implement data strategies that support the company's objectives and enhance data utilization
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across all systems through robust data governance practices
• Work with various departments to identify data needs and provide solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness
• Manage data architecture, including data warehousing and integration efforts
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels
• Identify opportunities to improve data collection processes and reporting methodologies
• Foster a culture that prioritizes data-driven decision-making across the organization
