Summary

Join 3E, a mission-driven company, as their Product Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager for the Product Stewardship portfolio. This senior-level role, based remotely in the Eastern Time Zone, involves defining and scaling GTM strategies to accelerate growth and drive customer value in the environmental health and safety (EHS) tech space. You will lead positioning development, create pricing guidance and enablement tools, monitor performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate possesses 4+ years of experience in product marketing or GTM strategy, ideally in B2B SaaS or regulatory/sustainability tech, and a proven track record of successful GTM strategy execution. This role requires strong market sensing, data-driven problem-solving, and exceptional communication skills. Experience in EHS, compliance, or sustainability is highly valued. The anticipated salary range is $120,000-$135,000 per year.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing, GTM strategy β€” ideally in B2B SaaS, information services, or regulatory/sustainability tech
  • A proven track record of developing and executing high-impact GTM strategies that led to product adoption, market expansion, or revenue growth
  • Ability to lead through influence and collaboration β€” aligning stakeholders around a shared vision while driving accountability
  • Strong market sensing skills and a strategic, data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Exceptional communication skills β€” able to distill complex technical topics into compelling narratives tailored to diverse audiences

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the GTM strategy for Product Stewardship offerings, aligning with product roadmaps, market dynamics, and customer pain points
  • Lead positioning development and value proposition frameworks that differentiate our solutions and resonate with key buyer personas
  • Support commercial success by developing pricing guidance, assets, bundling strategies, and enablement tools that empower Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams
  • Monitor and measure performance of GTM initiatives across channels, using data-led insights to continuously optimize campaigns and product positioning
  • Stay close to the market β€” analyzing competitors, customer feedback, and industry trends to inform strategy and identify whitespace opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Enablement, Marketing Ops, and Product teams to ensure unified, high-impact product launches and lifecycle campaigns
  • Be a steward of customer-centric innovation, shaping how 3E supports global organizations in their sustainability, commercial growth and compliance goals
