Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with product management and engineering partners to deliver product to market
• Participate in all aspects of product development from discovery through product launch
• Create clear, straightforward design solutions from ambiguous problem-sets
• Rapidly iterate at low-fidelity to find the most ideal solution, and subsequently transition to high fidelity for handoff
• Partner with engineering early in your design process to narrow constraints and to best implement your design solution
• Ensure high quality design implementation through close collaboration with Engineering and Product teams
• Facilitate discovery and design activities with customers and stakeholders
• Develop design artifacts at the necessary level of fidelity for each project you work on
• Partner with your fellow designers to create a supportive culture within the team for design
• Partner with your fellow designers to develop an ongoing cadence for user research, user testing, design sharing and other rituals you think are critical for success
• Participate in the development of a design system and style guides to support the needs of our product
