Senior Manager, Supply Chain Finance

Summary

Join Olipop as a Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Finance and oversee the financial performance of the Supply Chain function. You will be a strategic financial lead on cost-saving initiatives, new product innovation, and network optimization. This role requires building reports, dashboards, and analytics to track performance and communicate trends to leadership. You will partner with Supply Chain leaders, support decision-making, and contribute to long-term strategic projects. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and communication skills, advanced Excel experience, and a proven track record in Supply Chain Finance within a CPG brand. • Demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence and cultural competency, able to operate in an unstructured and highly dynamic environment
• Be a strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation skills, able to simplify complex analyses
• Have advanced Excel experience with the ability to manage, simplify, and analyze large datasets

Responsibilities

• Serve as a business partner to the Supply Chain team, supporting decision-making and analysis for long-term strategic projects, product innovation and commercialization, annual planning & forecasting, and maintaining monthly budget and forecast models
• Lead and manage cost-saving initiatives by organizing, tracking, and quantifying cost savings
• Collaborate with Supply Chain leaders on building dashboards to summarize data and measure KPIs
• Maintain bottom-up forecasts for key Supply Chain P&L line items such as Product COGS, Freight, and Warehousing
• Evaluate new co-manufacturer or third-party warehouse agreements with the Supply Chain leadership team
• Own the annual Supply Chain budgeting process and lead monthly budget review meetings
• Build frameworks for evaluating new product innovation requests and/or new customer or channel opportunities
• Partner with Supply Chain leadership on network optimization buildout
• Support Supply Chain leaders with ad hoc reporting, as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in creating processes and tools to support the budget process and profitability analysis
• Experience in Supply Chain Finance for a CPG brand
• Experience with NetSuite and/or Datarails
• 8+ years of experience in a combination of CPG finance, consulting, investment banking, or other analytically intense roles, with an emphasis on Supply Chain
• Prior experience at a rapidly scaling startup

$135,000-145,000 base salary + bonus
