Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 3-5 years of experience managing technical program management teams
• 7+ years of experience program managing technical implementations

Responsibilities

• Work closely with leads and partners to map out strategies and roadmaps, ensure alignment with company goals
• Develop OKRs, priorities, and operational models, work alongside the team to reach them
• Ensure high-quality program management and ongoing technical skill development for the team
• Establish and execute robust prioritization of programs across the Product and Engineering plans
• Drive employee engagement and a high-performance culture within the team
• Take on complex, multi-year, multi-disciplinary, and highly visible technical projects
• Partner with Product and Engineering to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners

Preferred Qualifications

• Passion and drive to change consumer finance for the better
• Organized and strategic approach to collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong stakeholder management with Engineering, Product, Design, Analytics, and other cross-functional teams
• Track record of successfully launching software products by driving complex large technology applications and geographically distributed backend systems
• Clear and compelling written and verbal communication
• Obsesses over getting the details right but knows how to ship on time
• Prior experience in FinTech, Payments or Commerce is a plus
