Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent education and work experience
- Minimum of 7-10 years in business development, sales, or strategy roles, with a focus on Emerging and Adjacent markets

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of Emerging and Adjacent markets to identify growth opportunities
- Stay abreast of local market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics to inform strategic decision-making
- Identify and prioritize new business opportunities within Emerging and Adjacent markets, including potential clients, partners, and revenue streams
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of leads, negotiate contracts, and secure new partnerships
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders, including financial services firms and fintech partners
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering team to ensure offerings are designed to meet the specific needs and preferences of the target market
- Provide feedback and insights on how to adapt business models, products, and services to Emerging and Adjacent market conditions
- Ensure that all business development activities are conducted in compliance with regulations, industry standards, and company policies
- Identify and manage risks associated with entering new markets, including financial, operational, and reputational risks
