Summary

Join Bridge Partners as a Senior Marketing Consultant, Partner Ecosystem and become a key member of our Partner Ecosystems practice. You will provide subject matter expertise, deliver partner programs, and own the execution of partner go-to-market projects. This remote role, available in any US state except Hawaii, requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to develop high-quality deliverables. You will work with clients to provide strategic guidance and execute partner channel growth initiatives. The role demands strong business acumen, excellent communication, and experience in partner marketing program development and management within the B2B tech and cloud sector.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in partner channel, with an emphasis in developing and managing partner marketing programs
  • Experience with various partner types (e.g., ISVs, SIs, MSPs, Cloud Providers); and partner routes-to-market, including cloud marketplaces
  • Working knowledge of partner technology platforms and tools (e.g., PRMs, TPMA)
  • Understanding of modern partner ecosystem dynamics, business drivers, and functional best practices
  • Track record of managing partner programs, initiatives, and projects with a strong bias for action and results
  • B2B tech and cloud sector expertise
  • 5+ years working in a consultancy or agency environment
  • A high-energy, creative, and resourceful self-starter who demonstrates outstanding management skills and personal accountability
  • Comfortable working in a complex, often ambiguous, fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities
  • Strong business acumen, ability to provide consultative and diplomatic guidance, highly adept at leading virtual meetings and contributing to client presentations
  • Excellent cross-group collaborator and communicator

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic guidance and development and execution of partner channel growth initiatives
  • Partner relationship management, working as the primary point of contact for marketing initiatives with partners
  • Identification, development, and execution of co-marketing strategies and activities
  • Design and activation of partner marketing campaigns
  • Development of partner content and readiness resources
  • Organization of joint events, webinars, etc
  • Co-marketing funding strategy and management
  • Performance measurement and analysis of partner marketing activities and impact
  • Partner community engagement and management
