Requirements

  • Social Media and especially Influencer:innen und (UGC-)Creator:innen are your hobby. You understand and appreciate the power of Creator Marketing
  • You have a deep understanding of the functioning and KPIs on channels like Instagram, TikTok or maybe even Twitch and are highly motivated to share your knowledge and observations
  • Numbers are your great love and you know how to strengthen ideas and derivations with insights, dashboards or Influencer- und Trendanalyse-Tools
  • You have knowledge in Social Listening (Sentiment, Trendanalysis)
  • You visualize your thoughts convincingly and appealingly in PowerPoint
  • Since you will work with several strong brands, you know how to ensure a quick focus shift through self-organization and discipline
  • With your relaxed Hands-On-Mentalität and strong proactive appearance, you enthuse customers and team members for your recommendations and solutions
  • Outstanding team competence with excellent communication skills in German and English language and writing round off your profile
  • At least 5 years of experience in the field of Digital Marketing with a focus on Social Media & Influencer Marketing

Responsibilities

  • You advise existing and potential customers in the area of Social Media with a focus on Influencer- and (UGC-)Creator Marketing
  • Based on KPIs and from our strategy identified insights, you design and plan both organic and paid social media campaigns with influencers and (UGC-)Creators
  • You analyze and evaluate campaign measures continuously and create conclusive reports with concrete recommendations
  • As an interface to the strategy and performance marketing, you represent the expertise of the Influencer Marketing, Creator Marketing & Social Media Team
  • You support the team with your knowledge and assessments in professional decisions
  • You develop convincing presentations and translate the impulses and thoughts of your colleagues into channel-relevant measures and recommendations
  • You maintain unique relationships with customers, influencers, and communities to better understand them and incorporate their thoughts and needs into your recommendations
