Summary

Join Granicus Experience Group (GXG) as a Senior Data & Insights Consultant! You will operationalize, analyze, and measure the performance of outreach within strategic digital communications programs. Leveraging your expertise in multi-channel outreach reporting, you'll convey actionable insights and optimization recommendations. You'll build custom reports and dashboard visualizations, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate possesses strong strategic thinking, data analysis skills, and exceptional communication abilities. This role involves working closely with strategists, consultants, and platform consultants to assess plan effectiveness. Opportunities to make a significant impact on public sector digital initiatives are abundant, ranging from local to federal projects. The position reports to the Manager of the Granicus Experience Group.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing analysis preferably in a digital/social agency serving government or at a government agency
  • A master of digital-communications tools, including the Granicus family of products, ranging from email marketing, online collaboration, website content management systems, online forms, and social networks to the next new thing
  • Consistently led, produce results and manage scope for simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment with on-time, on-track, and on-budget deliverables
  • Experience in CRM solutions (SalesForce preferred) and project management software
  • World-class communication (oral and written) and analytical skills
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Able to obtain a public trust clearance from the US government

Responsibilities

  • Directly ensure quality assurance of project deliverables including strategies, messaging, reporting, dashboarding and presentations for all client projects
  • Mentor and coach practice area members guiding them in their skills development and providing oversight and feedback on their deliverables
  • Lead GXG team members through internal trainings and external opportunities
  • Establish and track appropriate utilization metrics for the GXG team members according to guidance from GXG leadership
  • Strengthen value and efficiency of current GXG offerings
  • Expand new and custom GXG offerings by incorporating customer feedback, scaling offerings to assure capture in varying budget scenarios, and synergizing with the product groups
  • Partner with other teams to improve efficiency of cross-functional delivery
  • Support GXG team members and other department resources to manage the scope, timeline, and delivery of project support and deliverables
  • Oversee supervision of cross functional operations and contractors
  • Provide expertise as adviser to team members and clients
  • Develop, grow and manage strategic customer relationships
  • Represent Granicus in speaking roles, panel participation and conferences
  • Drive organic growth through a consultative approach with current customers to create demand and identify new business opportunities for GXG services and Granicus products
  • Support the creation of success materials, thought-leadership blog posts, case studies, and other media under the direction of GXG leadership and in partnership with Marketing
  • Work directly with the GXG leadership and market leads, as well as federal, state and local Sales and Client Success teams to scope the inclusion of GXG into new and renewal-based proposals
  • Responsible for Granicus information security by appropriately preserving the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) of Granicus information assets in accordance with the company's information security program
