Requirements
- Analytical Prowess : You have a proven track record in growth analytics, particularly in areas of Customer Acquisition & Multi-channel attribution
- Business Acumen : You don't just crunch numbers - you understand the business implications behind them
- Technical Excellence : You're proficient in Python, SQL, and Tableau, with an eagerness to expand your technical toolkit
- Communication : You can translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations

- Statistical Thinking : You can distinguish meaningful patterns from statistical noise
Responsibilities
- Drive Qonto's acquisition strategy through data-driven insights
- Partner with teams across the Growth department, such as Acquisition, Partnership and Sales and help shape the future of our success story
- Be part of a dynamic Business Analytics organization that's central to Qonto's strategic decisions
- Acquisition Monitoring and optimisation : Setup dashboards and analysis that enable to improve the performance of our acquisition throughout the funnel and through our multi channel touch points
- Marketing Campaign measurement and testing: Design success metric and a measurement protocols to measure incremental impact of Acquisition Channel key initiatives and campaigns
- Growth deep dives : Lead investigations into performance patterns, transforming data anomalies into actionable acquisition strategies
- Analytics Democratization : Create intuitive self-service analytics tools that empower our Growth team to make data-driven decisions
- Strategic Partnership : Be the trusted data advisor to our Growth department, challenging assumptions and driving data-informed strategies
- Quality Champion : Help set new standards for analytics excellence, ensuring our insights are both powerful and reliable
