Summary
Join E1, a leading SaaS tender management platform, as a Senior Data Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract with potential for permanency. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive product development and growth using data-informed decisions. Take ownership of key product analytics, identify improvement areas, design and assess experiments, and communicate insights effectively. This role requires 5+ years of data analytics experience, including at least 2 years in a SaaS environment, proficiency in SQL and Python, and familiarity with experimentation frameworks and SaaS metrics. The salary range is $110,000-$120,000 AUD.
Requirements
- You have a proven track record in data analytics (5+ years), including at least 2 years in a SaaS, product-focused environment
- You’re highly proficient in SQL and Python, and experienced with tools like Tableau, Mode or other BI platforms
- You’re familiar with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and SaaS performance metrics
- You’re comfortable integrating data from various sources and understand the fundamentals of data engineering
- You are humble, hungry and smart

Responsibilities
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Design and Infrastructure teams to support product development and growth initiatives through evidence-based, data-informed decisions
- Take ownership of key product analytics work streams, identify improvement opportunities, design and assess experiments, and share your insights clearly with both technical and non-technical teams
