Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or customer success, with a strong focus on community building, program management, or similar roles, with a proven track record of supporting and empowering community leadership
- Demonstrated experience or a strong understanding of how to leverage AI and machine learning to solve business challenges, particularly in marketing and community engagement, while also prioritizing AI ethics, efficiency, and scalability in a way that respects and enhances community-led initiatives
- Proven track record of scaling successful programs from ideation to execution, with a focus on fostering self-organizing and community-driven efforts
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify new opportunities and translate them into actionable plans that empower community members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization, especially when working with and advocating for community leaders
- A passion for community building and empowering customers to take ownership of their communities
Responsibilities
- Execute strategies for scaling HubSpot's community programs, driven by community members and enhanced by AI. This includes identifying opportunities for AI to enhance efficiency, personalization, and reach across various initiatives, always ensuring the community's voice is central
- Facilitate Peer Connections: Explore and implement AI-powered solutions to help customers connect and meet up on their own schedules, fostering organic networking and knowledge sharing among community members themselves
- Grow HubSpot User Groups (HUGs): Drive growth of our global HubSpot User Groups program, empowering HUG chapters and leaders to shape their own communities with a focus on connection and customer value. Assist in identifying how AI can support these community leaders and their chapters, personalize content for members, and streamline operations
- Incubate New Programs: Assist with ideation, development, and launch of new, innovative programs that are truly community-led, always with an eye towards how AI can accelerate their impact and ensure they meet the needs of our community members
- Measure & Optimize: track performance and use data-driven insights to continuously optimize program effectiveness and demonstrate ROI, always with an understanding of what success looks like from the community's perspective
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with customer success, marketing, product, and other teams to ensure seamless integration of community initiatives across the customer journey
- Champion the Community: Act as a passionate advocate for the HubSpot community internally and externally, fostering a culture of customer-centricity and empowering community members to lead and shape their experiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HubSpot's products and ecosystem is a plus
- Experience working at a SaaS company
- Familiarity with community platforms and tools
Benefits
Annual Cash Compensation Range: $92,000 β $138,000 USD
