Summary
Join our team as a Senior Marketing Performance Analyst and lead our marketing efforts. You will optimize marketing strategies using data analysis, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance across our games portfolio. This role requires managing user acquisition campaigns, analyzing KPIs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and producing performance reports. You will also conduct A/B testing and market research. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, experience in online advertising, and proficiency in data visualization tools. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Robust understanding of advanced marketing principles and concepts, with demonstrated experience in strategic campaign management
- Exceptional proficiency in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and succinctly
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing online advertising campaigns, with a proven track record of driving measurable results
- Strong analytical prowess and quantitative skills, coupled with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets
- Proficiency in utilizing advanced data visualization tools and techniques to communicate insights effectively
- Meticulous attention to detail, coupled with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently within a dynamic environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, or Google Sheets
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of user acquisition campaigns across diverse digital channels, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives
- Spearhead the monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of user acquisition campaigns, providing strategic recommendations for optimization
- Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams to leverage data insights for informed campaign planning and continuous enhancement
- Produce in-depth reports on campaign performance, offering strategic insights and recommendations for iterative improvements
- Conduct A/B testing initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to refine and optimize marketing strategies
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and untapped opportunities for user acquisition
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in user acquisition and digital marketing, driving innovation and continuous improvement within the team
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with leading digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Unity Ads, etc., with a proven ability to maximize their potential
- Extensive experience in mobile game advertising
