Join Omada’s Member Growth team as a Senior Member Growth Manager and lead consumer enrollment initiatives, driving program adoption across various industries. You will leverage growth marketing expertise, data proficiency, and operational strength to develop, execute, and refine outreach strategies. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing enrollment strategies, utilizing data to optimize campaigns, collaborating with internal teams, and developing client relationships. The role requires 7+ years of relevant experience, strong analytical and creative marketing skills, and excellent project management abilities. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is needed. Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in client-facing roles, marketing consulting, acquisitions marketing, or related fields
- Strong interest in both the creative and analytical aspects of marketing
- Demonstrated ability to optimize and adhere to efficient processes
- Outstanding project management and presentation skills
- Effective collaborator in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge strategies to maximize consumer enrollment
- Utilize industry insights and campaign performance data to create a best-in-class outreach playbook
- Develop compelling, client-specific strategies by combining historical data with insights from client consultations
- Leverage performance marketing data to inform strategic recommendations and optimize campaigns
- Monitor and own success metrics for your portfolio, using analytical tools to drive results
- Report on marketing initiatives, providing data-driven insights to key stakeholders for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams—Design, Growth Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Commercial—to execute successful enrollment campaigns
- Ensure efficient processes are in place while continuously seeking improvements
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing strategic program management and consultation
- Drive growth by leading consumer enrollment efforts that increase the adoption of the Omada program
- Earn trust through strategic program management, fostering long-term partnerships
- Contribute to Omada's mission by strategically addressing consumer outreach challenges and devising innovative solutions
