Responsibilities

• Develop reliable, smart, and user-friendly solutions using .NET/.NET Core for our clients, with a constant focus on code performance and quality
• Collaborate with your scrum team to create technical analyses, write unit tests, and conduct code reviews
• Be part of the Product Development team, responsible for architecting, coding, and maintaining both existing and new (micro-)services
• Develop innovative features on a project basis according to the priorities outlined on our roadmap
• Leading and mentoring the development team, ensuring professional growth and development
• Overseeing project workflows to ensure timely completion and quality standards
• Coordinating with other departments and stakeholders to align with business goals
• Conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback
• Facilitating agile processes, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups
• Addressing technical and operational challenges within the team
• Ensuring effective communication within the team and across other teams
• Promoting best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
