Senior Office 365 Architect

This role involves designing, implementing, and migrating enterprise cloud solutions using Microsoft 365 platforms. You will leverage your expertise to advise customers and colleagues on innovative solutions. Responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, translating them into architectural designs, and leading technical teams on complex projects. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange, Active Directory, and related security technologies.

• Exchange: Must have real-world, hands-on experience delivering messaging and collaboration solutions utilizing Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 within large complex environments. This includes extensive hybrid and third-party migration experience
• Microsoft 365: Subject matter expert for Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, Exchange Online Protection (EOP), Teams Voice, and other O365 workloads
• Microsoft Security Stack: Defender for Office 365, Defender for Identity, Defender for Cloud Apps, Entra ID, Microsoft Purview Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention and Compliance Center Experience including – Litigation Hold, Retention, and eDiscovery
• Active Directory: Must have real-world experience helping to managing and maintaining AD, GPO's, On-Premises Active Directory Migrations

Responsibilities

• Surface and analyze customer business requirements
• Translate requirements into an Architectural design and influence the deployment of key infrastructure components
• Design, construct, configure, and maintain all facets of a Microsoft 365 tenant
• Plan and execute an end-to-end implementation of Microsoft 365 infrastructure workloads
• Maintain a thorough understanding of existing and emerging Microsoft 365 and related core technologies
• Participate in presales calls and activities
• Provide leadership across practice areas
• Help internal sales team provide solutions to customers requirements
• Proactively help customers make more complex decisions around features and capabilities
• Identify, scope, and refer opportunities for additional sales for Planet provided services and offerings
• Lead internal technical communities and present new technologies
• Provide process improvement or standardization on elements that will have broad impact
• Lead and provide strategic vision to large technical teams on complex projects

Preferred Qualifications

Teams Voice experience is a plus
