Summary

Join our dynamic presales team as a Solutions Architect, owning and innovating the systems and tooling that empower our field organization. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and field enablement to ensure our demo infrastructure and presales tooling are cutting-edge. Your mission is to scale the presales team's impact by providing production-grade demo environments, robust integrations, and automation tooling. You will leverage your technical expertise to transform prototype ideas into repeatable solutions, drive internal adoption, and bridge the gap between product innovation and field readiness. You will also administer and expand enterprise system integrations, develop and maintain technical tooling, and drive technical enablement and field impact. Finally, you will prototype, test, and scale innovation by rapidly developing and iterating on new integrations and plugins.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting, systems engineering, or presales/post-sales roles
  • Deep technical expertise across enterprise systems (ITSMs, ERPs, CRMs, HCMs) and integration methodologies (REST APIs, automation platforms)
  • Experience managing demo or sandbox environments with a focus on performance, scalability, and alignment with product evolution
  • Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Bash, PowerShell); experience with tools like Workato or Superblocks is a plus
  • Solid understanding of identity and access management, SaaS administration, and integration reliability across tools like Okta, M35, and ServiceNow
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical projects from concept to execution, with excellent documentation and stakeholder management
  • Passion for innovation and enablementโ€”excited by the challenge of turning complex ideas into scalable, repeatable solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly across diverse audiences

Responsibilities

  • Own and Evolve Moveworks Demo Environments
  • Collaborate with Product and Solutions Engineering to turn high-impact workflows and prototype ideas into standardized tools and environments
  • Manage and maintain environments such as demo, labs, and partner enablement instances to ensure they are reliable, scalable, and aligned with current product functionality
  • Drive the rollout of new features and capabilities in partnership with Product and Engineering, validating functionality and ensuring presales readiness
  • Establish and lead lightweight release/change management processes, including version control and rollback plans, to minimize disruption and ensure consistency
  • Act as the internal technical expert on Moveworks' core platform functionality, supporting presales engineers by debugging complex issues, clarifying platform behavior, and surfacing root causes to Product and Engineering
  • Administer and Expand Enterprise System Integrations
  • Oversee external environments (e.g., ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Okta, Slack, Jira, Confluence) used in demo workflows
  • Maintain integration reliability, access controls, and consistent configurations across environments
  • Continuously expand these systems to support emerging use cases and demonstrate the latest Moveworks capabilities
  • Develop and Maintain Technical Tooling
  • Design and build automation for provisioning, resets, and content updates using tools like Workato , Superblocks , and scripting languages
  • Create reusable demo assets, modular blueprints, and scalable templates that empower the field to deliver impactful product demonstrations
  • Lead efforts to systematize tooling and infrastructure to support growth across the presales and partner landscape
  • Drive Technical Enablement and Field Impact
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and presales engineering teams to provide unwavering support for strategic initiatives
  • Contribute to onboarding content, internal documentation, and enablement sessions to improve field fluency and agility
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to anticipate presales needs and proactively deliver technical solutions that unlock scale
  • Prototype, Test, and Scale Innovation
  • Rapidly develop and iterate on new integrations, plugins, or workflow accelerators (e.g., agent workflows, custom connectors, or automation packs)
  • Pilot advanced functionality before broader field deployment and serve as a critical feedback channel to Product and Engineering

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting presales or partner teams with demo tooling or enablement infrastructure

Benefits

  • Base Compensation Range: $160,000- $210,000
  • *Base Compensation range is location dependent
  • Compensation Structure: OTE [Base Salary + Variable] + Equity
  • *Our compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions or bonus plans
