Senior One Identity Manager

Summary

Join Devoteam's Cybertrust Germany team as a Senior One Identity Manager Consultant! Work in a flexible hybrid setup based in Porto, Lisbon, or Aveiro, with remote work options. You will design, implement, and support Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using One Identity Manager for national and international clients. Responsibilities include analyzing IT, business, and compliance requirements; designing and implementing IAM solutions; customizing workflows and provisioning rules; integrating IAM solutions with directory services; providing operational support; and collaborating with international teams. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of IAM or cybersecurity consulting experience and hands-on One Identity Manager expertise. Fluency in English is essential.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IAM or cybersecurity consulting roles
• Hands-on experience with One Identity Manager (essential)
• Solid understanding of authorization concepts (Active Directory, LDAP)
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and SCIM
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Responsibilities

• Analyze IT, business, and compliance requirements
• Design and implement IAM solutions based on One Identity Manager
• Customize and configure workflows, provisioning rules, and identity lifecycles
• Integrate IAM solutions with directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP) and enterprise systems via APIs
• Provide operational support, including incident management, upgrades, and performance tuning
• Collaborate with international teams in complex cybersecurity projects
