Summary

Join Anaplan as a Retail Solutions Marketing Manager/Sr. Manager (Supply Chain) to drive solution marketing for supply chain solutions in the retail industry. You will define messaging, enable go-to-market success, support product launches, and elevate Anaplan's position. Collaborate with Product, Sales, GTM, Campaigns, and Partner teams to create compelling narratives and programs. Build and maintain competitive intelligence. Partner with Campaigns and Digital teams to support integrated programs. Lead or contribute to product launches. Conduct buyer and market research. Support content delivery for industry events and customer engagements. This remote role requires 2-3 days a week in an Anaplan office.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B product or solutions marketing, preferably in enterprise SaaS, retail technology, or supply chain planning
  • Deep understanding of retail planning challenges (e.g., demand variability, inventory optimization, store/DC replenishment, omnichannel complexity)
  • Experience positioning or marketing AI/ML-driven solutions, such as demand forecasting, intelligent automation, or prescriptive analytics—ideally within retail or supply chain domains
  • Proven ability to craft compelling messaging and content for business and technical audiences
  • Experience partnering with Product, Sales, and Campaign teams to execute GTM and launch strategies
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Highly collaborative, proactive, and outcome-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Drive go-to-market strategy and messaging for Anaplan’s supply chain planning solutions targeted at the Retail industry
  • Collaborate with Product, Industry, and Campaign teams to create high-impact positioning, thought leadership, and sales enablement content (decks, one-pagers, webinars, customer stories, etc.)
  • Build and maintain competitive intelligence and battlecards specific to retail planning vendors and point solutions
  • Partner with Campaigns and Digital teams to support integrated programs that generate pipeline and support account-based marketing (ABM)
  • Lead or contribute to product and application launches tailored to retail supply chain planning, with alignment to merchandising, assortment, inventory, and fulfillment personas
  • Conduct buyer and market research to inform persona-based messaging and uncover opportunities for innovation in retail planning
  • Support the delivery of content and messaging for industry events, analyst briefings, and customer engagements in the retail domain
