Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
• 2+ years of relevant sales operations experience
• Ability to learn on the go, be a self-starter
• Strong curiosity and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Demonstrable track record of process mapping and breaking down complex workflows
• Ability to manage and communicate with large set of stakeholders
• Ability to work cross-functionally
• Intermediate MS Office skills

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to identify alignment problems with sales operations related systems
• Develop detailed plans for process enhancement and system improvements
• Retrieve and analyze large sets of data using Excel, Quip, Salesforce, and other data management systems
• Design, document, and implement operational processes to support the sales team and drive product strategy
• Actively manage supplier products and price lists, supporting supplier sales transactions
• Review quotes, contracts, invoices or any other related sales documentation to ensure delivery of supplier and customer obligations
• Act as a trusted advisor to the sales team and enable the selling motion through advocating for what is in the best interests of the business, and proactively working to remove commercial blockers
• Build strong relationships with sales, partner, finance, supply chain and other key stakeholders across the business to define needs and deliver holistic solutions

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience with Salesforce and any account management system like D365 is a plus
