Senior Operations Manager

Summary

The job is for a Senior Manager in Operations within the Claims Experience department. The role involves transforming claims management approach, leading complex projects, financial analysis, process improvements, team leadership, and data analysis. The employee will manage an Operations team focused on claims optimization and report to the Head of Operations.

Requirements

• 6+ years in a similar role, within an insurance industry or mix of technology industry
• 3+ year of experience in a team management or leadership
• Demonstrated capability in project management, with a track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects to successful completion
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex issues and find actionable solutions
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Advanced data analysis skills, including the ability to interpret and leverage data to make informed decisions
• Ability to work remotely

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of intricate projects within CLX, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely project completion
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leaders and Product partners, to drive strategic initiatives for operational excellence
• Support comprehensive financial analysis and forecasting activities, contributing to the financial strategy of claims experience operations
• Identify and implement continuous process improvements by leveraging feedback, data, and industry best practices
• Articulate complex ideas and project updates clearly and persuasively across all levels of the organization
• Provide leadership and mentorship to your team, fostering a culture of professional growth and high performance

Benefits

• The starting base range for this position is between $130,000 and $150,000 per year
• Base pay is one component of Lemonade's total compensation package, which will also include equity in the form of RSUs
