Senior Claims Account Manager

Summary

Join Argo Group as a Senior Claims Account Manager and oversee third-party claim administrators handling Management Liability claims. You will monitor TPA work quality, serve as a single point of contact for the program, and participate in audits and claim reviews. This role requires a J.D. degree, seven years of industry experience, and advanced technical expertise in Management Liability. Requirements

• A J.D. Degree from an accredited university is required
• At least seven years of industry experience required
• Advanced technical expertise related to Management Liability policies, claims resolution, and skills and knowledge of insurance and claims settlement principles, practices and procedures
• Ability to partner with finance, actuarial, IT and marketing resources
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the company’s internal and external business partners
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
• A strong focus on execution in getting things done right. Proven ability to consistently produce and deliver expected results to all stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Administer oversight of Argo Management Liability files at a TPA partner
• Monitor the quality of work performed by TPAs adjusting claims for US programs
• Act as the single point of contact for the Management Liability program for both internal and external customers
• Participate in audit and claim review process for the Management Liability program
• Conduct regular audit and claim review process for the Management Liability program
