Requirements
- A J.D. Degree from an accredited university is required
- At least seven years of industry experience required
- Advanced technical expertise related to Management Liability policies, claims resolution, and skills and knowledge of insurance and claims settlement principles, practices and procedures
- Ability to partner with finance, actuarial, IT and marketing resources
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the companyβs internal and external business partners
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
- A strong focus on execution in getting things done right. Proven ability to consistently produce and deliver expected results to all stakeholders
- Client focus β the ability to effectively determine specific client needs and to provide value added solutions

Responsibilities
- Administer oversight of Argo Management Liability files at a TPA partner
- Monitor the quality of work performed by TPAs adjusting claims for US programs
- Act as the single point of contact for the Management Liability program for both internal and external customers
- Participate in audit and claim review process for the Management Liability program
- Conduct regular audit and claim review process for the Management Liability program
