Summary

The Senior Program Operations Manager will oversee regulatory compliance at Ansible Health, a fast-moving startup focused on transforming healthcare delivery for patients with chronic diseases. The role involves proposing, implementing, and administering programs to ensure adherence to standards, conducting audits, and liaising with government agencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in accounting, business, economics, or legal studies
• At least 5-8 years of relevant professional experience
• Demonstrated project management capabilities and experience in setting up systems and procedures
• Familiarity with US regulations relevant to the healthcare industry
• Strong research skills to stay current with pertinent rules and regulations
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as necessary, and alternately work cohesively within a team environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of management and external stakeholders
• Detail-oriented and has strong time management skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee all issues and concerns related to adherence to federal, state, and local regulations for healthcare companies
• Spearhead the investigation on compliance violations, propose solutions, and implement corrective actions as necessary
• Propose, implement, and administer programs, policies, and procedures to ensure the company’s adherence to standards for healthcare organizations
• Conduct audits, monitor, and document potential risks and periodically report deviations from established standards

Related certification in a healthcare setting is definitely an advantage
