Summary
Juul Labs is hiring a Senior Order Management Specialist to support the Global Logistics function in London. The role involves managing end-to-end order management and fulfillment, inventory control, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. The position reports to the Senior Manager of Order Management and Transportation based in the U.S.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years experience working in logistics and or operations in the consumer goods industry, preferably, the vaping industry
- Strong ability to manage, prioritize, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines surrounding your daily work, while also managing multiple projects
- Able to balance short-term, urgent needs with long-term strategic initiatives
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills, as well as analytical capabilities specifically within Microsoft Excel
- Ability to comprehend, extract and analyze information from various data sources for reporting and able to make data-driven decisions
- Project management skills including strong organizational, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate and interact with global cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Knowledgeable on standard ERP customer order management and systems applications, including systems administration
- Understanding of customer EDI integration and platform management
Responsibilities
- Customer Order Management (Order-to-Cash β supporting Accounts Receivable)
- Coordinating with our local 3PL provider to fulfil orders on time and in full
- Support supply chain relationships with major retail partners
- Implementation and adherence to B2B inventory allocation planning
- Utilizing Kaizen methodology, develop and implement business process improvements aimed at improving operational execution and communication
- Daily warehouse / 3PL communication and management
- Inventory Control: Monthly inbound reconciliation, Returns (RMAβs), Manage stock transfer transactions in our ERP system, Lead and conduct physical inventory audits as necessary, Support Juulβs internal sample shipments process, Warehousing and freight invoice reviews, analysis, and internal reporting
