Requirements
- 4+ years experience in roles servicing clients in a creative agency environment
- Confident working on large client, social AORs and agency teams
- Confident working on a high-volume, multi service retainer(s) for brands/clients
- Confident working on paid and organic social efforts for brands/clients
- Confident with content production
- Confident working on creator/influencer-led projects
- Exceptional client relationship management skills, ability to foster strong relationships with direct client(s)
- Excellent project management skills, able to identify and recommend efficient ways of working
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; excellent presentation skills
- Advanced problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to react quickly within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to remain focused under pressure and work under tight deadlines
- Ability to exercise critical thinking, identifying, evaluating, and solving problems related to your clients and workstreams
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the development and delivery of day-to-day work for specific client(s)
- Understand clients' needs, business, and goals
- Develop strong relationships with day-to-day client(s)
- Represent DEPT® to clients, adding value beyond organizational skills
- Ensure all client requests and deliverables are delivered on brief and to the highest standard
- Anticipate opportunities and challenges, planning to capitalize on or mitigate them
- Be comfortable and credible in front of clients
- Work in partnership with day-to-day mid-level clients to develop and deliver the work
- Reach out to clients directly when service issues arise
- Develop and present solutions for clients
- Present work internally and externally; leading client-facing presentations for day-to-day or lower complex work
- Develop, maintain, and run recurring client status reports
- Be the day-to-day relationship holder for the client within DEPT®
- Ensure the client’s best interests are central to all decision-making, without compromising the agency’s values
- Drive active engagement on client calls and field questions on behalf of the team and work
- Become an expert in the clients' landscape and needs
- Manage, monitor, and reconcile client out-of-pocket funds
- Identify inefficiencies with the team to Account Lead
- Develop accurate and fair cost estimates for lower complex projects
- Engage in discussions about budget adjustments and strategic investments
- Contribute to the development of strategies, approaches to briefs, and the development of work that leads clients to the next level of their business
- Effectively communicate distilled, concise, and clear feedback, identifying actionable next steps
- Set clear expectations internally and externally
- Draw conclusions and actionable insights from analysis
- Identify, collaborate, and troubleshoot problems with other disciplines as they arise
- Lead day-to-day tasks with autonomy
- Make informed decisions quickly in response to client needs and unforeseen challenges
- Dissect problems and determine effective courses of action
- Balance risk and opportunity when proposing solutions
- Evaluate work and provide recommendations on how to push the work
- Manage upwards effectively
- Utilize strong communication skills daily, understanding the proper channel for the kinds of messages that need to be conveyed, and ensuring teams are updated or informed
- Work across multiple projects simultaneously, managing your time in order to give all work the proper care and attention necessary to produce strong and successful work
- Ensure delivery of work is to the highest possible standard
- Have a thorough understanding of the account(s)’ daily operations to effectively communicate with both the team and clients
- Have a strong understanding of the daily account needs and effectively managing work streams with a client-focused approach
- Familiarity with DEPT's service offerings & able to identify any upsell opportunities
