Summary

The Senior Organizational Development Manager at OKX will plan, develop, implement, and administer development and training programs for the organization's employees. The role involves deriving insights to improve organizational efficiency, building online diagnostic tools, developing a sustainable talent strategy, and collaborating with global stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above with expertise in human resources management, corporate management and psychology knowledge
  • Experience in Organization Development & Talent Development in the context of complex matrix structures
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin will be required as the incumbent will work closely with crossfunctional stakeholders based out of Chinese-speaking countries

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, implement, and administer development and training programs for employees of the organization
  • Design and optimize the organizational structure and operating model to improve organizational efficiency
  • Derive business, organizational and talent insights key to a globalized company (especially in the blockchain industry), help the business iron out obstacles and build positive synergies through OD tools including organization diagnostics, structure/process design, workforce planning, competency modeling, etc
  • Build online diagnostic and process management tools to extract organizational and employee productivity trends, derive insights and opportunities to catalyze needed organizational changes, providing full change management solutions from designing, delivering, tracking to evaluating and iterating afterwards
  • Be familiar with performance management & OKR management
  • Develop a sustainable talent strategy, establish talent management framework and build a healthy talent pipeline
  • Collaborate and advise key stakeholders globally based on strategic and organizational needs. Customize intervention tools and programs to help key stakeholders improve their managerial and business efficiencies

  • Ability and interest in learning cutting-edge knowledge, apply advanced thinking to practice and accumulate systematic methods constantly
  • Ability to think systematically, analyze logically, manage projects and integrate diverse resources
  • Ability to manage interpersonal relations with a high spirit of teamwork
