Senior Organizational Development Partner

Summary

Join Reddit's People & Culture team as a Sr. Organizational Development Partner! You will build strong relationships with leaders, inspire execution of P&C programs, and act as a critical thought partner for talent development. Collaborate with HRBPs to create learning solutions, manage complex projects, and connect your work to business strategies. This role supports Reddit's Revenue organization and requires 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP and L&D roles. Expertise in talent management, organizational effectiveness, and strong communication skills are essential. Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, having some previous experience as both an HRBP and L&D professional
• Expertise in developing on-demand and in-person learning experiences
• Expertise in HR competencies including talent management, organizational effectiveness, change management and coaching
• Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to partner with and coach various levels of employees ranging from individual contributors to managers
• Strong collaborative spirit, open to diverse perspectives, and new ideas
• Proactive and curious by nature. You are creative and enjoy taking unique approaches to solve problems
• Ability to navigate confidential information with professional maturity
• Pragmatic; you take an iterative approach to creating new learning experiences

Responsibilities

• Develop trusted relationships with people leaders and Snoos by being a role model of Reddit’s Company Values
• Inspire, educate and influence people leaders to execute company People & Culture programs
• Be a critical thought partner for how we execute our Talent & Leadership Development programs, ensuring they are scalable and aligned with our Talent Management philosophy
• Partner with the central Org Development team to improve and iterate on Reddit’s current leadership, key talent, talent management, and professional development programs
• Collaborate with your HRBP counterparts to determine development needs and work quickly to identify, build and implement learning solutions
• Project manage complex timelines across multiple priorities and hold themselves and others accountable to those timelines
• Connect your work and contributions to align with and inform business strategies and objectives

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or consulting experience
