Summary
Join LVH, a premier home chartering service, as an Owner Partner Relations Senior Coordinator! You will support the Owner Partner Relations Management team in daily sales operations and homeowner relationship management. Key responsibilities include confirming property availability and pricing, developing proposals using the CRM system, maintaining accurate pricing and availability, arranging property inspections and showings, and negotiating optimal deal terms. You will also prepare financials, assist with special projects, create detailed property presentations, and build strong owner relationships. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and experience with CRM and Google Suite. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in hospitality, business development, real estate, sales, or related background
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with CRM, Google Suite, and other organizational tools
- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Multi-tasking capabilities and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to follow emails/messages throughout day-to-day operations and follow through with all tasks
- Proper phone and email etiquette
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
- Willingness to cooperate with others and work to the greater good
Responsibilities
- Confirm availability and pricing of suitable options for active requests (by communicating with owners and partners via text, email, or call)
- Develop proposals using the CRM system accurately and efficiently (by choosing the right options, checking if they are already a part of the Property Management System, preparing pricing, and putting together a map, if required)
- Maintain accurate pricing and availability in the Property Management System for assigned markets
- Arrange property inspections and showings for active requests
- Negotiate with property owners and partners to secure optimal deal terms that align with company goals
- Manage the preparation of financials in CRM and Deal Summary to owner
- Assist team lead/manager in charge of preparing Owner Booking Confirmations
- Assist team lead/manager in charge in special projects
- Complete detailed property presentations (βHome Profilesβ) when required
- Build strong relationships with owners while keeping them engaged and informed about company updates
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high luxury or high net worth owners
- Experience in performing pricing calculations and creating service proposals
