You will own the strategy, execution, and performance of Google and Bing Ads accounts across multiple geographies. Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in paid search marketing, ideally within a SaaS or subscription-based business
- Proven track record managing large Google Ads and Bing Ads accounts across all ads formats
- Deep understanding of performance metrics, attribution, and conversion rate optimisation
- Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Bing Ads, and tools like Google Tag Manager
- Strong command of BI platforms for data manipulation
- Experience working with international markets and tailoring campaigns across geos
- Experience with AI tools for creative generation or workflow automation
- Strong growth mindset with a relentless drive for improvement and experimentation
- Analytical and strategic thinker with the ability to turn data into compelling stories and smart decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills - you work well with marketers, designers, analysts
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and fast-changing demands in a high-growth environment
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, execution, and performance of Google and Bing Ads accounts across multiple geographies and audiences
- Design and optimize full-funnel paid search campaigns - from keyword research to ad copy, landing page testing, and conversion tracking
- Build structured campaign plans around product launches, feature rollouts, and lifecycle marketing priorities
- Drive experimentation across targeting, bidding, copy, and landing pages; report on wins and learnings regularly
- Monitor and manage budgets, forecasting performance and scaling spend with efficiency
- In close collaboration with the analytics team, translate insights from data into actionable optimisations - always testing, always iterating
- Stay ahead of the curve on platform changes, new formats (e.g. paid ads in Ai mode), and competitor trends
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Meta ads and other performance marketing channels
- Experience using marketing automation tools and customer engagement platforms/CRM systems (e.g. Braze, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud), with a belief in personalised experiences as a driver of performance
