Senior Payroll Specialist

Summary

Join Netguru's Talent Team as a (Senior) Payroll Specialist and contribute to our HR processes. This role centers on payroll processing, minimizing administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include preparing payroll documentation and processing, overseeing employee benefits calculations, consulting on taxes and social security contributions, and preparing documents for settlements. You will also perform internal audits, work independently with team support, and improve payroll systems. Requirements

• Have around 3 years of experience working independently in a similar job
• Have very good knowledge of Polish labor law in terms of payroll and human resources, including applied knowledge of calculating remuneration and employee perks and benefits (sport card, life insurance, medical insurance etc.)
• Working experience with enova365 software
• Thrive in a dynamic working environment
• Are quick to learn new tools and software
• Fluent proficiency in Polish , both spoken and written
• You have a good command of English (B2+)
• Can create payroll reports

Responsibilities

• Preparing payroll documentation
• Preparation of payroll
• Overseeing and verification of employee perks and benefits calculation (e.g. sport card, medical insurance, life insurance etc.)
• Tax and Social Security contribution consulting
• Communication with Social Security Institution and the Tax Office
• Preparing documents for settlements with ZUS, US, PFRON, GUS, PPK
• Preparing payroll corrections and declarations
• Performing internal audits of the correctness of calculations and processes in operation
• Working independently with support from other team members
